有学者认为辅助性正畸治疗可使牙槽骨吸收得到一定程度的逆转［3，8］。正畸辅助治疗的结果不仅使前牙得到压入、间隙得到关闭,而且从牙片上看亦有较明显的牙槽骨重建;证实了Melsen等［5，6］的结论:用正畸手段压入成人的牙周病累及切牙时,其周围吸收的牙槽骨有很大机会得到部分重建。
